Life and Education:

Alok was born in a small town of Bihar state in Nalanda district- Parwalpur. His parents are from Madhubani District. He was brought up and educated at the same small place. His education of high school completed in M.D.N High School Badimath, 2 kms far from Parwalpur. Then his college level education started at Nalanda College Biharsharif. He did his +2 grade with Science subjects, but later in graduation he chosed English Literature. He became a graduate in 2011. Currently he is pursuing for MA in English from the same college.

About the Writing:

Alok has always been a writer, and poet! He composed poetry even as a class 10 student also. But that was just for deligtment. Later, when he was a student of BA in English; he learnt to the genuine purpose of art. He began to compose his prose and poems on a better level. His realization, his self intuition brought the result in the form of his debut book- Being in Love... (Bliss or Curse). Alok writes poems, essays, novels, and well non-fiction. His poems comprise all the aspects of life. He writes philosophical, love, emotional, and all types of poems. His philosophy behind the art of writing is, A work must be comprising with some purpose, and he holds it in his every work.

Alok Mishra, is a well known name in his locality, in his college, and now everywhere. As a young boy from a place that is but invisible on the map of India; he has been to here! Alok has set an example for the talents those lose their hopes. Small places, small towns can also produce some great personae. And Alok has proved it!
